About Amber's
Baked by Amber, served with a chat.
Amber's Sweet Bliss is a family run cafe on Nhill's main street, trading under the name since 2021. The baking is Amber's: every slice, scone, pie and biscuit in the cabinet is made here, not trucked in.
The shop is hard to miss. Turquoise and purple out the front, pink walls inside, a table painted with roses and chairs in every colour. Locals drop in for a coffee and a chat, and travellers passing through tend to leave with a bag of something for the road.
Nhill sits on the Western Highway about halfway between Melbourne and Adelaide, so if you're driving through, this is your stop. Park out the front on Victoria Street.
